As a private billing practice, our fees range so we recommend you speak to reception for more information. However, we generally bulk-bill for veterans and pensioners, management plans for chronic conditions such as for asthma, diabetes, obesity, back or neck pain, stress or mental health, and health checks for patients age 3-5, 45-49 and 75 and over. We provide on-the-spot Medicare refunds using your Medicare and bank debit card in our special purpose EFTPOS terminal. No forms or visits to Medicare needed!

For patients from overseas, we can give you an invoice for your medical services so you can claim on your overseas health insurance. International SOS travel insurance holders: Contact the Sydney International SOS alarm centre, open 24 hours a day on +61 2 9372 2468 and ask for an appointment at our surgery.

Japanese Patients may call 02 9252 8888 for our dedicated Japanese telephone line. We have specialty staff members on-hand who can provide Japanese translation services and assist you fill your medicine scripts at a nearby chemist. We can also assist with “cashless” insurance claims directly from your Japanese health insurance company.

We can make arrangements for home visits for local residents and weekend or after-hour appointments. Please call us to see what arrangements we can make for you in advance – or check online what appointments we may have available. If we are unable to make arrangements for you, you can ring our after-hours locum service for a house visit on 1300 729 749. Alternatively, you can call the Government After-Hours GP Direct line 1800 022 222, for advice over the telephone.
